Order processing & delivery

Our standard order processing time is 2-3 days. During sale periods and holidays, please allow up to 3-5 business days to process your order.

Delivery options (Stuart, La Poste, DHL) depend on the destination. We always suggest our clients the best delivery methods to maintain a successful shipping.

Please keep in mind that our processing and delivery times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. We cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimize any potential delays. 

If your order contains both item(s) in-stock and preorder items, the delivery will result in two separate charges.
